Interstate repositioned an under-per forming branded luxur y destination hotel in Ireland
as an independent luxur y hotel. By focusing on cost savings, ADR and creating a sales
strategy to boost occupancy and improve RevPAR, we were able to almost immediately
increase House Profit by €1 million, boost sales by 28% and raise budgeted House Profit
to €2.6 million.

Interstate transitioned a 65-hotel por t folio for a publicly traded REIT over a three-
day period, realizing improvements in the por t folio’s per formance, leading to RevPAR
increases for each of the past three years, and achieving a GOP margin improvement
of 280 basis points

An owner of an 8-hotel por t folio of premium branded, full-ser vice assets wanted to
improve revenue, market share and profitabilit y. During transition, Interstate’s operations
and sales teams conducted a competitive analysis in each market. Ef for ts resulted in
annualized cost savings of $4 million and GOP improvement from 8.8% to 21.6%.
